Who I am
I am an automation and AI architect based in Poznań, Poland. For over a decade, I have been connecting technology with real business needs. I started out as a full-stack developer, and today I design intelligent automation systems. This lets me look at processes as a whole — from clean code to value you can measure in business results.
I founded AutomationNex, work as an AI architect and n8n architect, and wrote the book “The Intelligent Company”. I help teams reach their full potential by taking repetitive tasks off their plates. I believe automation is not just technology but, above all, a growth strategy that lets a company scale without adding to operational chaos.
I combine experience gained at international corporations with the energy of my own ventures. Corporate precision and a spirit of innovation allow me to design systems that are stable and scalable, yet modern.

MEETUP #01 - n8n Poznan: How to effectively automate business processes? · Michael Kozak & n8n
The first n8n community meetup in Poznań focused on practical application: companies rarely struggle with automation itself, but rather with selecting the right process. I introduced n8n and presented three working workflows: integrating a form with a CRM, extracting data from documents, and performing classification using an AI model as one of the process nodes. In the second part, Anna Prończuk-Omiotek demonstrated how to use AI to prepare tailored proposals and sales arguments. The event concluded with a Q&A session and networking.
